The Peak of September 11

The name of “Peak of September 11” was given to a mountain located in the western part of the Talass mountain range. Among ones who conquered this peak were a 13-year old American girl Anastassia Melnikoff, a.k.a. "Journey-Child", and a young Kyrgyz journalist Azamat Imanaliev. The first pattern of this masterpiece was presented to George W. Bush as a gift from Askar Akaev, the President of Kyrgyzstan, on behalf of the people of his small, but proud post-communist nation who has recently overthrown the Russian colonial rule...
